This is a makers marketplace. A website where people sell their handmade products. In addition, people can also sell vintage goods as well as hand-crafted and hand-formulated skincare.

Buyers & Clients:

When purchasing any product on this website you acknowledge the following:

  • All payments for products are due the moment it is purchased.
  • you are purchasing products from individual sellers & vendors
  • Sellers & vendors are responsible for their products
  • Products are NOT the responsibility of LOLA MRKT
  • Customer Service for individual products are NOT the responsibility of LOLA MRKT
  • Any personal data such as emails, billing address and shipping addresses entered and used on the LOLAMRKT.COM website is collected for business purposes. NOT shared with any other third party. See Privacy Policy.
  • Unsatisfied buyers or clients in regards to products must seek the seller and vendor for further customer service. If no response from the seller or vendor, buyers and clients may open a support ticket and file a complaint against the seller and vendor.
  • LOLAMRKT.COM is responsible for the website and it’s operation. If any links are broken please notify via email: contact@lolamrkt.com.

Sellers & Vendors:

  • Sellers and vendors are responsible for their products and must cater to all their buyers and clients personally. No customer service is offered by LOLA MRKT for products and services offered by sellers and vendors.
  • Sellers and vendors unable to cater to their buyers and clients are disabled from operating their store. If no action is taken from sellers or vendors to service their buyers and clients: sellers and vendors are unable to continue operating sales through LOLAMRKT.COM. Their store will be closed and no further activity will be allowed through LOLAMRKT.COM.
  • All sellers and vendors are responsible for full payment of all fees to successfully operate their virtual storefront. Virtual storefront and any listings only appear in working order once full payment of fees has been received.
