If you have any questions at all about any items or services, you must contact the seller themselves. It is best to ask any questions about products before buying them to prevent any misunderstandings. LOLA MRKT is not responsible for any other seller's products. All questions and inquiries about listings and products must be discussed with the seller.
We encourage everyone to contact the seller for each product to ensure you are receiving the proper items. Products listed are usually handmade and each product, although generally identical, may have slight imperfections due to its handmade nature. Therefore, photos may represent the product but you may be purchasing a newly created version of your desired items and slight variations may exist. All vendors on LOLA MRKT are available for you to speak to directly via email and through their storefront. Please do not hesitate to communicate with the person creating your unique items to ensure you are receiving exactly what you are expecting.
Many items on LOLA MRKT are one of a kind and made of materials and ingredients that are unable to be returned due to its inherent nature. For example all skincare items are not returnable or refundable for sanitary purposes. Custom, bespoke and couture items are not returnable or refundable since the products were created custom for you and cannot be re-sold to another person. However, each store owner or vendor may have different policies of their own, and speaking to them will be beneficial. But as a general note, LOLA MRKT does not accept returns or refunds and each customer must speak to the seller individually regarding their purchases.
