Refund Policy

Many items on LOLA MRKT are one of a kind and made of materials and ingredients that are unable to be returned due to its inherent nature.

For example all skincare items are not returnable or refundable for sanitary purposes. 

Custom, bespoke and couture items are not returnable or refundable since the products were created custom for you and cannot be re-sold to another person. 

However, each store owner or vendor may have different policies of their own, and speaking to them will be beneficial.

But as a general note, LOLA MRKT does not accept returns or refunds and each customer must speak to the seller individually regarding their purchases.

Please understand this absolutely critical information prior to buying any items.  

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you must cancel an order, you must do so within 24-48 hours of placing the order.

For some vendors, you may not be able to cancel at all.

Please contact the store vendor which you have placed the order immediately if you are looking to cancel.
